Content Policy

This Content Policy sets out what content and conduct is, and is not, permitted on the Curefleet platform — including standards specific to healthcare information, doctor profiles, reviews, telemedicine communication, and patient-submitted material — and how Curefleet Technologies Private Limited ("Curefleet", "we", "us", "our") reviews, moderates, and enforces these standards.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026 Last Updated: 1 June 2026 Version: 1.0
§ 01

Introduction

Curefleet Technologies Private Limited ("Curefleet", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates a healthcare technology platform and healthcare services aggregator that connects Users with doctors, clinics, hospitals, ambulance providers, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, home healthcare providers, vaccination providers, and other third-party healthcare vendors (collectively, "Healthcare Partners") through our website, web application, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Because the Platform facilitates access to healthcare information and services, the content shared on it — reviews, profiles, messages, uploaded documents, and consultation communications — carries a level of responsibility beyond that of a typical consumer marketplace. This Content Policy sets out the standards that apply to all content submitted to, posted on, or transmitted through the Platform, and the actions Curefleet may take where those standards are not met.

This Content Policy forms an integral part of, and should be read together with, the Curefleet Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Content Policy shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Service.

In short

Content on Curefleet must be honest, lawful, and safe. We do not allow fake medical credentials, fabricated reviews, dangerous medical advice, impersonation, harassment, or misuse of patient information. Curefleet may review, restrict, remove, or take enforcement action against content or accounts that violate this Policy, at our discretion and subject to applicable law.

§ 02

Scope

This Content Policy applies to all content submitted, posted, uploaded, transmitted, or otherwise made available on or through the Platform by any User, including but not limited to:

  • Patient and caregiver accounts, profiles, and submissions;
  • Doctor, clinic, hospital, and other Healthcare Partner profiles and listings;
  • Reviews, ratings, comments, and testimonials;
  • Messages exchanged through in-Platform chat or messaging features;
  • Content shared during telemedicine or tele-consultation sessions;
  • Uploaded documents, including prescriptions, diagnostic reports, and medical records;
  • Support tickets, feedback forms, and grievance submissions; and
  • Any other text, image, audio, video, or file submitted through the Platform.

This Content Policy applies equally to patients, caregivers, doctors, Healthcare Partners, and any other person or entity that creates an account or submits content on the Platform (collectively, "Users" or "you"). Healthcare Partners remain additionally bound by any partner-specific agreement entered into with Curefleet, which shall apply in addition to, and not in substitution of, this Content Policy.

§ 03

Definitions

"Content"
Any text, image, video, audio, document, rating, review, message, or other material submitted, posted, or transmitted by a User on or through the Platform.
"User-Generated Content" (UGC)
Content created and submitted by Users, as opposed to content created by Curefleet itself, including reviews, profile information, messages, and uploaded files.
"Healthcare Partner"
An independent third-party doctor, clinic, hospital, ambulance provider, diagnostic centre, pharmacy, home healthcare provider, vaccination provider, or other healthcare vendor listed on, or accessible through, the Platform.
"Prohibited Content"
Content that violates this Content Policy, including but not limited to the categories described in Sections 19 to 56.
"Enforcement Action"
Any action taken by Curefleet in response to a violation of this Policy, including warnings, content removal, visibility restriction, account suspension, or account termination, as described in Sections 57 to 66.
"Verified Credential"
A medical registration number, qualification, or specialty designation that has been confirmed by Curefleet against the relevant medical council, university, or issuing authority's records or representations, to the extent such verification is undertaken.
§ 04

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all Content that you submit, post, or transmit on or through the Platform. By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • The Content is accurate, truthful, and not misleading to the best of your knowledge;
  • You have all necessary rights, licences, and consents to submit the Content, including the consent of any third party identifiable within it;
  • The Content does not violate any Applicable Law, including laws relating to defamation, privacy, intellectual property, or medical practice;
  • If you are a Healthcare Partner, all statements regarding your qualifications, registrations, specialties, and services are accurate and verifiable; and
  • The Content does not fall within any category of Prohibited Content described in this Policy.

You remain responsible for your Content even after it has been reviewed, indexed, or displayed by the Platform. Curefleet's review or non-removal of Content at any point in time does not constitute an endorsement of, or verification of the accuracy of, that Content.

§ 05

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the Content you submit, subject to the limited licence granted to Curefleet below. By submitting Content to the Platform, you grant Curefleet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt such Content solely for the purposes of operating, providing, promoting, and improving the Platform and the services offered through it.

This licence survives the deletion of your account to the extent necessary for Curefleet to comply with legal, regulatory, or record-keeping obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce this Content Policy and the Terms of Service. Curefleet does not claim ownership of your Content and will not sell your Content to unrelated third parties for their independent commercial use.

§ 06

User Generated Content

The Platform allows Users to submit various forms of User-Generated Content, including doctor and clinic reviews, ratings, profile descriptions, messages, and uploaded documents. Curefleet does not independently create or verify the substance of most User-Generated Content prior to publication, and such Content reflects the views and representations of the User who submitted it, not those of Curefleet.

Curefleet may, at its discretion, apply automated or manual review processes to User-Generated Content before or after publication, as described in Section 57 (Content Moderation), in order to detect violations of this Policy.

§ 07

Healthcare Content Standards

Because the Platform operates in the healthcare sector, all health-related Content — whether submitted by a patient, a doctor, or a Healthcare Partner — must meet a higher standard of accuracy and care than ordinary consumer content. This Section sets out the general standards that apply across all healthcare-related Content categories described in Sections 8 to 14.

Permitted

  • Accurate descriptions of services, specialties, and qualifications
  • Honest accounts of personal treatment experiences
  • General, non-diagnostic health information clearly marked as such
  • Constructive feedback about service quality and professionalism

Prohibited

  • Fabricated or exaggerated medical claims
  • Content presented as personalised medical advice without a qualified provider
  • Misrepresented qualifications, registrations, or outcomes
  • Content that could reasonably mislead a patient about treatment safety

Curefleet reserves the right to label, contextualise, restrict the visibility of, or remove healthcare-related Content that it reasonably believes may mislead Users or compromise patient safety, even where such Content does not amount to a clear-cut violation of a specific Section below.

§ 08

Medical Information Standards

General medical or health information shared on the Platform — whether in profile descriptions, articles, or responses to patient queries — must be presented responsibly. Such information should be clearly distinguished from personalised medical advice, must not contradict well-established medical consensus without appropriate qualification, and must not be presented in a manner designed to discourage Users from seeking appropriate professional care.

Curefleet does not independently verify the clinical accuracy of every piece of medical information shared by Healthcare Partners or Users, and the existence of such information on the Platform is not a substitute for professional medical consultation. Users should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any questions regarding a medical condition.

§ 09

Doctor Content Standards

Doctors and other licensed Healthcare Partners listed on the Platform must ensure that all Content associated with their profile is accurate and not misleading. Specifically, doctors must not:

  • Misrepresent their qualifications, degrees, or training;
  • Misrepresent their medical council registration number or registration status;
  • Misrepresent their specialty, sub-specialty, or area of practice;
  • Claim guaranteed treatment outcomes or guaranteed cures for any condition;
  • Post misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about the efficacy of a treatment, procedure, or product; or
  • Use the Platform to solicit patients for procedures or treatments they are not legally qualified or registered to perform.

Curefleet may request supporting documentation to verify qualifications and registration details and may suspend or remove a profile pending satisfactory verification where credible concerns are raised.

§ 10

Patient Content Standards

Patients and caregivers submitting Content — including reviews, messages, and support requests — must ensure that such Content is truthful and does not contain defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent statements about a Healthcare Partner. Patients must not submit fabricated symptoms, false identity information, or misleading details for the purpose of obtaining services, prescriptions, or refunds to which they are not entitled.

§ 11

Reviews and Ratings Policy

Reviews and ratings help other Users make informed healthcare decisions, and their integrity is treated as a priority. The following standards apply to all reviews and ratings submitted on the Platform:

  • Reviews must reflect a genuine, first-hand experience with the Healthcare Partner or service being reviewed;
  • Reviews must not be purchased, exchanged for incentives, or submitted in exchange for a discount, free service, or other consideration, unless expressly disclosed and permitted under a Curefleet-run review programme;
  • Reviews must not be submitted using fake accounts, review farms, bot networks, or other manipulated mechanisms;
  • Healthcare Partners must not submit, solicit, or incentivise reviews about their own listing, or post negative reviews on a competitor's listing; and
  • Testimonials must not misrepresent the typical or expected results of a treatment or service.
Zero tolerance

Curefleet applies a zero-tolerance approach to review manipulation. Accounts found to be engaging in fake reviews, review farms, or incentivised review schemes are subject to immediate review removal and may face account suspension or termination under Sections 61 to 63.

§ 12

Prescription-Related Content

Prescriptions issued, uploaded, or referenced on the Platform must be genuine and issued by a duly qualified and registered medical practitioner in accordance with Applicable Law. Users must not upload, request, generate, or circulate fake, altered, expired, or fraudulently obtained prescriptions through the Platform. Doctors must not issue prescriptions without an appropriate clinical assessment consistent with applicable telemedicine and medical practice regulations.

Where a prescription is uploaded to facilitate a pharmacy order or refill, the uploading User warrants that the document is authentic and has not been altered.

§ 13

Diagnostic Report Content

Diagnostic reports uploaded or shared through the Platform — whether by a patient seeking a second opinion or by a diagnostic centre delivering results — must be genuine and unaltered. Users must not fabricate, falsify, or misattribute diagnostic results, and diagnostic centres must not deliver reports that misrepresent actual test outcomes.

§ 14

Uploaded Medical Records

Where Users upload medical records, scans, history summaries, or other clinical documents to facilitate a consultation, booking, or second opinion, such records must belong to the User or to a person for whom the User has lawful authority to act (such as a parent, guardian, or authorised caregiver). Users must not upload medical records belonging to another individual without appropriate authorisation or consent.

Uploaded medical records are handled in accordance with the data protection standards described in our Privacy Policy. This Content Policy governs the appropriateness of what is uploaded; it does not modify the data-handling commitments set out in the Privacy Policy.

§ 15

Communication Content

All communications exchanged through the Platform — between patients and doctors, between patients and support staff, or between Users and Healthcare Partners — must be respectful, relevant to the healthcare service being sought or provided, and free from the categories of Prohibited Content described in Sections 19 to 56.

§ 16

Messaging Standards

In-Platform messaging features are intended to support legitimate healthcare interactions, such as appointment coordination, clarifying questions, and post-consultation follow-up. Messaging features must not be used to send unsolicited marketing, to solicit Users to transact outside the Platform in circumvention of applicable fees, to share Prohibited Content, or to harass or threaten another User.

§ 17

Telemedicine Content

Where the Platform facilitates audio, video, or chat-based tele-consultations, both doctors and patients must conduct themselves professionally and in accordance with applicable telemedicine guidelines and regulations issued by competent medical authorities in India. Doctors must take reasonable steps to confirm patient identity and relevant clinical context before issuing advice or prescriptions during a tele-consultation. Recording of a tele-consultation by either party, where permitted by the Platform's features, must comply with Applicable Law and, where required, the consent of both participants.

§ 18

Community Standards

Beyond healthcare-specific requirements, all Users are expected to engage with the Platform and with one another in a manner that is honest, respectful, and lawful. Community standards applicable across the Platform are described in detail in Sections 19 to 56 below, covering platform integrity, medical misinformation, harmful and illegal conduct, intellectual property and privacy, and platform security.

§ 19

Platform Integrity

The trust Users place in the Platform depends on the integrity of the information presented on it. This Section, together with Sections 20 to 28, describes conduct that undermines Platform integrity and is strictly prohibited, including fraud, misrepresentation, impersonation, spam, scam content, fake reviews, fake credentials, fake registrations, and false claims.

§ 20

Fraud Prevention

Users must not use the Platform to commit or facilitate fraud of any kind, including but not limited to payment fraud, fraudulent insurance claims, fraudulent refund requests, or fraudulent booking of services with no intention of completing payment. Curefleet employs fraud-detection systems described in our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy and may suspend transactions or accounts flagged for suspected fraudulent activity pending investigation.

§ 21

Misrepresentation

Users must not misrepresent their identity, qualifications, affiliation, or the nature of any service offered on the Platform. This includes misrepresenting oneself as a Curefleet employee, as a Healthcare Partner one is not affiliated with, or as a patient when acting in another capacity for the purpose of manipulating reviews, bookings, or support outcomes.

§ 22

Impersonation

Creating an account, profile, or piece of Content that impersonates another individual, doctor, clinic, hospital, or organisation — including through the use of another person's name, photograph, registration number, or likeness without authorisation — is strictly prohibited. Curefleet will remove impersonating accounts or Content upon verification of a credible complaint and may report serious cases of impersonation to law enforcement where required.

§ 23

Spam

Users must not post repetitive, unsolicited, or irrelevant Content, including bulk messaging, irrelevant promotional content, or content designed primarily to manipulate search visibility or engagement metrics rather than to inform genuine Users.

§ 24

Scam Content

Content that solicits payment for services that will not be rendered, that directs Users to fraudulent payment links, that promotes pyramid or multi-level marketing schemes under the guise of healthcare products, or that otherwise seeks to deceive Users for financial gain is strictly prohibited and will be removed on detection, with the underlying account subject to immediate suspension pending investigation.

§ 25

Fake Reviews

In addition to the standards set out in Section 11, Users must not create fake accounts for the purpose of submitting reviews, submit reviews on behalf of individuals who did not actually use the relevant service, or use automated tools to generate or submit reviews. Healthcare Partners must not offer, request, or accept compensation in exchange for positive reviews, and must not request the removal of genuine negative reviews through coercion, threats, or misuse of Curefleet's reporting tools.

§ 26

Fake Medical Credentials

Listing, claiming, or displaying medical degrees, certifications, fellowships, or specialisations that were not actually obtained is strictly prohibited and treated as a serious violation of this Policy. Curefleet may request documentary proof of credentials at any time and may suspend a Healthcare Partner's profile pending verification where credentials cannot be confirmed.

§ 27

Fake Registrations

Displaying a medical council registration number, clinical establishment licence number, or other regulatory registration that is invalid, expired, fabricated, or belongs to another individual or entity is strictly prohibited. Curefleet reserves the right to cross-verify registration details against publicly available regulatory records or directly with the relevant issuing authority, where feasible, and to remove listings where registration details cannot be substantiated.

§ 28

False Claims

Users must not make false claims regarding the availability, pricing, accreditation, certification, or regulatory approval status of any service, product, or facility listed on the Platform. This includes false claims of "government-approved," "NABH-accredited," "ISO-certified," or similarly regulated designations that have not actually been obtained.

§ 29

Misleading Healthcare Claims

Content that makes misleading claims about the effectiveness, safety, or appropriateness of a healthcare service, treatment, product, or procedure is prohibited. This includes claims that omit material risks, that compare outcomes using cherry-picked or unrepresentative examples, or that imply regulatory endorsement that does not exist.

§ 30

Dangerous Medical Advice

Users must not post advice that could reasonably cause physical harm if followed, including advice to discontinue prescribed medication without medical supervision, advice recommending unsafe dosages, advice promoting unproven or dangerous home remedies as substitutes for necessary medical treatment, or advice that disregards known contraindications.

Safety-critical

Content that we reasonably believe poses an imminent risk to a person's health or safety may be removed immediately, without prior notice, irrespective of the procedural steps otherwise described in Sections 57 to 61.

§ 31

Medical Misinformation

Users must not knowingly share false or scientifically discredited medical information, including claims that contradict well-established scientific or medical consensus without appropriate qualification, unverified "miracle cure" claims for serious illnesses (including but not limited to cancer, diabetes, and infectious diseases), and anti-vaccination misinformation presented as settled fact.

Curefleet may apply contextual labels, restrict the visibility of, or remove Content identified as medical misinformation, and may rely on guidance issued by recognised public health authorities in assessing such Content.

§ 32

Emergency Misinformation

Given the time-critical nature of emergency and ambulance services facilitated through the Platform, Users must not post false information regarding ambulance availability, emergency response times, hospital bed availability, or emergency contact details. False reports made to trigger an unnecessary emergency dispatch, or false claims of medical emergency made to obtain expedited service, are treated as serious violations subject to immediate enforcement action and potential referral to law enforcement.

§ 33

Harmful Activities

Content that promotes, instructs, or facilitates activities likely to cause physical, psychological, or financial harm to any person is strictly prohibited. This includes content promoting self-harm, content facilitating the unsafe or unauthorised acquisition of prescription medication, and content that encourages dangerous challenges or practices under the guise of health advice.

A note on sensitive topics

If you or someone you know is struggling with thoughts of self-harm, please seek help from a qualified mental health professional or a crisis helpline in your region. This is a sensitive topic, and Curefleet's role is limited to enforcing this Content Policy; we are not a substitute for professional crisis support.

§ 34

Illegal Activities

Users must not use the Platform to facilitate, promote, or engage in any activity that is unlawful under Applicable Law, including the unauthorised sale or distribution of prescription drugs, the unauthorised practice of medicine by unregistered or unlicensed individuals, or the facilitation of any other offence under Indian law.

§ 35

Harassment

Users must not engage in harassment of other Users, Healthcare Partners, or Curefleet personnel, including repeated unwanted contact, deliberately demeaning or humiliating remarks, or coordinated campaigns intended to intimidate or silence another person on the Platform.

§ 36

Hate Speech

Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups on the basis of race, religion, caste, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

§ 37

Discrimination

Healthcare Partners must not refuse, limit, or condition the provision of services on the basis of a patient's caste, religion, gender, disability, or other protected characteristic, except where such distinction is clinically necessary or otherwise lawfully justified. Discriminatory conduct reported and substantiated may result in immediate suspension of the relevant Healthcare Partner's listing.

§ 38

Threats

Content that threatens harm to a specific person or group, including threats of violence, threats to disclose private medical information, or threats made to coerce a User into a particular action, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

§ 39

Violence

Content that depicts, glorifies, or incites violence, including graphic depictions of injury or self-harm shared without a legitimate clinical or educational purpose, is prohibited on the Platform.

§ 40

Defamation

Users must not post false statements of fact about another person or entity that are likely to harm that person's or entity's reputation. While genuine, good-faith reviews of actual experiences are permitted under Section 11, statements made with knowledge of their falsity, or with reckless disregard for the truth, may constitute defamation under Applicable Law and are not protected by this Policy.

§ 41

Intellectual Property Violations

Users must not submit Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrighted text, images, video, or proprietary clinical protocols used without authorisation.

§ 43

Trademark Violations

Users must not use the trademarks, trade names, or logos of Curefleet or any third party in a manner that is likely to cause confusion, falsely imply endorsement or affiliation, or otherwise infringe the rights of the trademark owner.

§ 44

Privacy Violations

Users must not post or share another person's personal information — including contact details, home address, or identifying images — without that person's consent, and must not use the Platform to surveil, track, or expose the private activities of another person.

§ 45

Confidential Information

Users must not disclose confidential business information, internal Curefleet communications, or non-public information belonging to a Healthcare Partner or another User without proper authorisation.

§ 46

Patient Information Restrictions

Doctors, Healthcare Partners, and Curefleet personnel must not disclose a patient's identity, condition, treatment details, or any other patient information to unauthorised third parties through the Platform, except as required to deliver the requested service, as authorised by the patient, or as required under Applicable Law. Patients sharing their own information do so at their own discretion; this restriction applies to disclosure by others.

§ 47

Healthcare Data Restrictions

Aggregated or de-identified healthcare data displayed or shared through the Platform (such as general service statistics) must not be presented in a manner that allows re-identification of individual patients. Healthcare Partners must not export, extract, or repurpose patient data obtained through the Platform for unrelated commercial purposes, except as permitted under their applicable partner agreement and Applicable Law.

§ 48

Sensitive Personal Information

Health data, sexual orientation, religious belief, and other categories of sensitive personal information are subject to heightened protection under the DPDP Act and our Privacy Policy. Users must not request, solicit, or publicly disclose another User's sensitive personal information on the Platform except where strictly necessary for the healthcare service being provided and consistent with the discloser's own consent.

§ 49

Platform Security

Sections 49 to 56 set out conduct that threatens the technical security and operational integrity of the Platform. Users must not engage in any activity that compromises, disrupts, or attempts to circumvent the security measures protecting the Platform, its Users, or Healthcare Partners.

§ 50

Malware

Users must not upload, transmit, or link to viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code through the Platform, whether embedded in messages, file attachments, profile content, or any other feature. Detected malware will be removed immediately and the originating account suspended pending investigation.

§ 51

Phishing

Users must not use the Platform to impersonate Curefleet, a Healthcare Partner, or any legitimate entity for the purpose of soliciting login credentials, payment information, or other sensitive data from another User. Curefleet will never ask for your full password via chat, email, or message; any communication purporting to do so should be reported immediately under Section 64.

§ 52

Social Engineering

Users must not attempt to manipulate Curefleet support staff, Healthcare Partners, or other Users into disclosing confidential information, bypassing verification steps, or taking actions that compromise account security through deception or false pretences.

§ 53

Unauthorized Access Attempts

Users must not attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that they are not authorised to access, including by guessing passwords, exploiting vulnerabilities, bypassing authentication mechanisms, or using credentials obtained without authorisation. Any vulnerability discovered should be reported responsibly to Curefleet using the contact details in Section 70, rather than exploited.

§ 54

Automated Abuse

Users must not use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to create accounts at scale, submit Content, manipulate engagement metrics, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner that a genuine human User would not, except where such automated access has been expressly authorised by Curefleet (for example, through an approved API integration).

§ 55

Scraping

Users must not use automated means to extract, copy, or harvest data from the Platform — including Healthcare Partner listings, pricing information, reviews, or User profiles — without Curefleet's prior written consent. Unauthorised scraping places strain on Platform infrastructure and may expose User data inappropriately, and is treated as a serious violation of this Policy.

§ 56

Bot Activity

Curefleet employs detection mechanisms to identify and restrict bot-driven traffic and activity on the Platform, consistent with the security and fraud-prevention technologies described in our Cookie Policy. Accounts identified as primarily bot-operated, other than those expressly authorised by Curefleet, are subject to suspension under Section 62.

§ 57

Content Moderation

Curefleet may, at its sole discretion and subject to Applicable Law, review Content submitted to the Platform using a combination of automated systems and human review, before or after publication. Moderation may be triggered by automated detection signals, User reports, Healthcare Partner reports, or routine quality-assurance sampling. Curefleet does not undertake to review all Content prior to publication and does not guarantee that all violations will be detected.

§ 58

Investigation Process

Where a potential violation of this Policy is identified, Curefleet may investigate by reviewing the Content in question, related account activity, and any supporting evidence submitted by a reporting party or the affected User. Curefleet may request additional information or documentation from the User whose Content is under investigation, including proof of qualifications, identity, or the factual basis for a disputed statement. Curefleet aims to conduct investigations proportionately and in a reasonable timeframe, though timelines may vary based on complexity and the volume of reports received.

§ 59

Enforcement Actions

Where Curefleet determines, in its discretion and subject to Applicable Law, that Content or conduct violates this Policy, Curefleet may take one or more of the following actions, proportionate to the severity and nature of the violation:

  • Issuing a warning to the User responsible (Section 60);
  • Removing or restricting the visibility of the relevant Content (Section 61);
  • Temporarily suspending the User's account or listing (Section 62);
  • Permanently terminating the User's account or listing (Section 63); and
  • Reporting the conduct to law enforcement or relevant regulatory or medical licensing authorities, where required or appropriate.

Curefleet may take any of the above actions without prior notice where it reasonably believes immediate action is necessary to prevent harm, fraud, or a violation of Applicable Law.

§ 60

Warning System

For violations that do not pose an immediate risk of harm, Curefleet may issue a warning identifying the relevant Content or conduct and requesting corrective action within a specified period. Repeated warnings for similar or related violations may result in escalated enforcement action under Section 66 (Repeat Violators), even where each individual instance, viewed alone, might otherwise warrant only a warning.

§ 61

Content Removal

Curefleet may remove or restrict the visibility of Content that violates this Policy, that is the subject of a valid legal request, or that Curefleet otherwise determines, in its discretion, to be inappropriate for the Platform. Where reasonably practicable, Curefleet will notify the affected User of the removal and the general reason for it, except where doing so could compromise an ongoing investigation, present a safety risk, or is restricted under Applicable Law.

§ 62

Account Suspension

Curefleet may temporarily suspend a User's account or a Healthcare Partner's listing where there is a credible concern of a Policy violation pending investigation, or where a confirmed violation warrants a defined period of restricted access rather than permanent termination. During suspension, the User may be unable to access some or all Platform features, including booking, messaging, or listing visibility.

§ 63

Account Termination

Curefleet may permanently terminate a User's account or a Healthcare Partner's listing for serious or repeated violations of this Policy, including but not limited to fraud, fake credentials, dangerous medical advice, harassment, threats, or repeated violations following prior warnings or suspensions. Termination may result in the loss of access to account history, saved data, and any pending bookings, subject to Curefleet's data retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

§ 64

Reporting Violations

Users who become aware of Content or conduct that violates this Policy are encouraged to report it using the in-Platform reporting tools, where available, or by contacting Curefleet using the details in Section 70. Reports should include sufficient detail — such as the relevant profile, Content, or conversation — to allow Curefleet to investigate effectively. Curefleet will treat reports in confidence to the extent reasonably possible and will not disclose a reporting User's identity to the reported party except where required by law or due process.

§ 65

Appeals Process

A User who disagrees with an Enforcement Action taken against their account or Content may submit an appeal by contacting Curefleet at the email address in Section 70 within thirty (30) days of the action being taken, explaining the basis for the appeal and providing any supporting evidence. Curefleet will review the appeal and communicate its decision within a reasonable timeframe. Curefleet's decision following an appeal is final, without prejudice to any rights the User may separately have under Applicable Law.

§ 66

Repeat Violators

Users with a pattern of repeated violations of this Policy, whether of the same or different provisions, will be treated more strictly than first-time violators and are subject to escalated Enforcement Action, up to and including permanent account termination, irrespective of whether any single violation in isolation would have warranted termination.

§ 67

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Applicable Law:

  • Users remain solely and fully responsible for the Content they submit, post, or transmit on or through the Platform, including any legal liability arising from such Content;
  • Healthcare Partners, including doctors, remain solely responsible for the professional and clinical statements they make on the Platform, and Curefleet does not assume liability for the clinical accuracy or appropriateness of such statements;
  • Curefleet does not independently verify all User-Generated Content prior to publication and makes no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or reliability;
  • Curefleet shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from a User's reliance on Content posted by another User or Healthcare Partner, including reviews, profile information, or healthcare-related statements; and
  • Curefleet's cumulative liability arising out of or in connection with this Content Policy, however arising, shall be limited as set out in the limitation of liability provisions of the Terms of Service.

Nothing in this Section excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

§ 68

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Curefleet does not guarantee that all Content on the Platform will be accurate, complete, lawful, or free from violations of this Policy at all times, notwithstanding our moderation and enforcement efforts described in Sections 57 to 66. Curefleet is a technology platform and healthcare services aggregator; it does not itself practise medicine, and nothing on the Platform should be construed as medical advice from Curefleet. Users should always exercise independent judgment and consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

§ 69

Changes to This Policy

Curefleet may update this Content Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the regulatory environment, or our enforcement practices. Where changes are material, we will provide notice through the Platform or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Content Policy, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
